Anna R. Bertman serves as a “personal CFO” for several multi-generational families.  Along with her teammates, Anna coordinates entity administration, manages investments, performs financial analyses, handles charitable efforts, and works closely with clients’ tax preparers and attorneys to analyze and execute strategies for each client family member.  In addition, Anna is a specialist in educating younger client family members on both general financial literacy and specifics related to their particular family’s wealth.

Prior to joining the firm, Anna gained varied professional experience at Accenture in the fields of financial services, e-business development, organizational change management, and strategic communications in both the business world and the United States military.  Anna graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor with a degree in Organizational Studies and Economics.

Outside the office, Anna spends much of her time with her husband and three children. In pre-pandemic times, that meant watching (and driving to) endless youth league sports games, attending live theatre productions, traveling, and cooking and hosting big family meals. Anna currently serves on the board of the Muny as well as the Long-Term Financial Planning Committee for the School District of Clayton.
