Update 7/27/17: Meg Ryan has officially sold her SoHo loft for $9.84 million, five months after listing it for $10.9 million, according to the New York Post. Ryan won't be leaving the city, however, moving into new digs in the nearby TriBeCa neighborhood. Just recently, Ryan purchased an apartment in a star-studded building for $9 million.

Original 2/16/17: Meg Ryan is iconic for her roles in movies like "You've Got Mail," but now she's got real estate for sale — and we're madly in love.

Ryan just listed her trendy SoHo loft for $10.9 million, and it happens to be the ninth home she's renovated (obviously, she has a knack for design). If the home sells for its asking price, the three-time Golden Globe nominee will make a pretty profit of $2.9 million. She purchased the home for $8 million in 2014 from "The Simpsons" actor Hank Azaria, according to Forbes.

Architect Joel Barkley and designer Monique Gibson were hired by Ryan to gut renovate the 4,100-square-foot property, which includes 13 oversized windows — hello, sunshine — a 40-foot gallery and several original architectural columns. The home, nestled in a circa-1888 building, also features floor-to-ceiling French doors, ebony wood flooring, a large media room and plenty of exposed brick walls.

Oh, and casually, eight closets in the master bedroom.

The home's design is mostly monochromatic. In many rooms, matte black trims provide clean borders for expanses of white (somewhat echoing Scandinavian style themes), and the master bathroom is adorned with patterned black and white tile floors. Deep wood furniture pieces add warmth to many of the otherwise black and white rooms.

Ryan, who played Betsy Stewart in "As The World Turns" from 1982 to 1984, is returning to television by producing and starring in the upcoming "Picture Paris" — a show based on a short film about a suburban mom who dreams to visit Paris, but finds it's less than she expected, reports TV Guide. If the show is picked up as a series, it is expected to be filmed in France.

Could it be Ryan is trading her sprawling NYC pad for a smaller pied-à-terre in the city, or perhaps a full-time home in the City of Lights? It's not clear yet, though one thing is: This home she's saying "au revoir" to is absolutely gorgeous.
