HTC Corp and Idea Cellular have launched HTC Touch Pro (T7276) and HTC Touch Viva (T2223) in the Indian market.
NEW DELHI: HTC Corp and Idea Cellular have launched HTC Touch Pro (T7276) and HTC Touch Viva (T2223) in the Indian market.
"HTC Touch Pro and Touch Viva embody our commitment to build a family of touch phones that are stylish and offer something for everyone," said Jack Tong, vice president, HTC Asia.
"The alliance with HTC is a reaffirmation of our commitment to our customers," said Pradeep Shrivastava, chief marketing officer, Idea Cellular Limited.

"HTC Touch Pro and the Touch Viva are touch-based phones for Windows Mobile. These devices are based on the Windows Mobile 6.1 platform," said Sumeet Gugnani, director mobile communications business, Microsoft India."
HTC Touch Pro has a 2.8-inch touchscreen display and a full QWERTY keyboard. The Touch Pro packs a five-row QWERTY keyboard layout that makes typing tasks like composing email or working on Microsoft Office documents easy. The phone has a built-in TV-out functionality, enabling PowerPoint presentations from the device.
Touch Pro has a 3D touch interface called the TouchFLO 3D, that provides an intuitive way to manouver through tasks like messaging, calendar appointments or making calls.

HTC���s Touch Viva has a 2.8 screen and includes touch screen for navigation.
Touch Viva runs on Windows Mobile 6.1 and users can synchronise their calendar, contacts, emails and more with their computer. The phone has a 2 megapixel camera.
HTC Touch Pro (T7276) and HTC Touch Viva (T2223) will be available for Rs 34,900 and Rs 16,490 respectively.
