inasmuch as （也可 insomuch as） 复合连词，用于对你刚刚说过的事情加上评论，并说明
在什么方面它是正确的 ( used to add a comment on something that you have just said and
to say in what way it is true)
两个用法：
1）引导原因状语从句, 相当于since 、in view of the fact that、for the reason that。
2）引导程度状语从句，相当于in the degree that 、 to such an extent that 、insofar as 。
（insomuch as 和inasmuch as 是美国英语，英国英语说 in so much as 或 in as much
as 。）

Inasmuch as funding is not available, building plans have been delayed.
由于资金不足，建设计划被推迟。
He was a very unusual musician inasmuch as he was totally deaf.
他是个很了不起的音乐家，因为他完全聋了。
You should not use that source, inasmuch as it is badly out-of-date
