[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 8 Quart Stock Pot came in fast. The impact bonding technology that is used in this cookware made my pot very easy to use. The instructions were included on cleaning and cautions on how to use and care for my stock pot. No glass lid, stainless steel. Very easy to clean. Requires oven mitts for removing from stove top.

This pot did not arrive with the lid bent. I guess nobody sat on the box. I am donating the other pot, the bent lid and 2 replacement lids that did not fit to Goodwill.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cooks Standard professional grade 11 quart stainless steel stockpot is very well made.  A lot of stockpots are really thin and seem cheap, but not this one.  The stainless steel pot is thicker and has a little weight to it.  It is a really great size to cook corn on the cob or a lot of soup in.  Nothing I fixed in the pot has stuck to the bottom, which was nice.  The handles are made nicely and don't look like they would come off easily and are a good size and shape for lifting the pot when it is full. To give you an idea of the size, I made a pot of soup in which I put in 1 pound of corn, 1 pound of carrots. 3 quart bags of uncooked cabbage that I chopped up, 1 quart of canned green beans, 3 quarts of tomato juice and 2 pounds of cooked hamburger meat chopped up.  I still had some room at the top of the pot (picture included).  The pot also comes with a lid that fits perfectly and also seems to be well made.  I definitely recommend this pot, as it's great for soup making, cooking large amounts of vegetables and would be great for making many other meals in as well.  I didn't have any negative experiences with this product.  If you are a shorter height, you might need a stool to safely reach the top of the pot for stirring and checking items.

Not cheaply made

The stock pot met all of my expectations. It has a heavy bottom and cooks food without sticking. I'm sure I will enjoy using it for many years to come.

This stock pot is huge, sturdy, and perfect. It's perfect for making large batches of soup, pasta sauce, chili, and so much more. It's also perfect for water bath canning. I think it's sturdy enough to last a lifetime!
