Really quickly earned a $20 voucher. But after redeeming that one it seems I'm never eligible anymore for new surveys. Or they have enough people already even when I click the email URL within a few minutes. Not a very positive experience

I think you’re okay and there are not too many things I could complain about , except for your last request to rate you on Google .
The intentions were there but a pop-up reminded me how much information Google is collecting and unfortunately for you I decided not to continue with the rating . Google can be good but also has the unwanted side .

The activities never get boring because there is so much variety with the different things we get to do. I particularly like surveys about potential new products as those are really interesting. The only downside is that we don't always earn points for everything we do.

I enjoy the various topics that SaySo offers. The surveys comments by others and new products which are either been developed or available are also worth while reading. Get new ideas from others and I enjoy the community experience.

I still awaiting the outcome of a technical fix request since before Christmas.
One time I had to follow up my email twice before I got any response!
Per the reply received, I note the situation was unique and therefore understand the additional time required to resolve. I have updated the rating to 3 stars: satisfactory.

Hi Edward, I'm sorry that it took so long to get sorted. It was an issue I hadn't seen before and normally the system won't let 2 accounts have the same mobile number. The tech team created a merge function in the back end so that 2 accounts can now become one.
I know it took a long time to get sorted, but I can see you stayed a member of SaySo and continued to complete activities while waiting. So thank you for being so patient and now that the build has been made, if it happens to another member we'll be able to sort it easily.

Surveys are great not too long and interesting. What I would like though, when redeeming rewards I would prefer an eftpos card as an option because you can use it anywhere and you are not limited.

SaySo is a great Australian Survey Site.
It's a little bit different with how it interacts with Customers and Clients.
It feels like being a part of community.
Other sites more just transactional.

SaySo is a great way to express your views on different products and get points for doing this which is great. My opinion is taken into consideration for companies that are getting ready to put a new product on the market so get involved and help shape what you purchase.

Im a new member but so far its great. Doesnt take to long to review and they dont bombard you with emails constantly. Looking forward to accumulating enough points to get a gift card!

I really enjoy being a member of SaySo! I enjoy being able to complete reviews, attend forums and trial new products all to earn points to redeem for gift cards. I highly recommend SaySo to my friends and family!

the surveys are always relevant to me, and the rewards i can save up and trade for gift vouchers to buy myself a little something. i like that my opinion can have an affect on marketing strategies for products.

It's a simple and easy community to be a part of, there is always a topic of interest up for discussion.
There are good reward prizes when a topic is available.

I’m happy to share my opinion on subjects that I’ve tried or am aware of but it’s much harder if I’m unfamiliar with them. I think it’s a waste of time for the survey company if I’m just answering blindly.

Easy to use site genuine rewards don't expect to earn much but its a little spare change that doesn't hurt. simple surveys and polls and product test/market research.

Did a survey and got a call later on the same day to participate in a focus group. Was convenient time and place, with good incentive. Love doing the surveys and getting incentives.

The company has a good number of activities that will fit everyone. It has a good rewards system and everyone can say what's on his/her mind; give constructive opinion/criticism on the topic presented for discussion.
