Artists attempting music and dance of other cultures is not something new. Turkish musician Bilal Göregen, whose rendition of Kaliyon ka Chaman had gone viral last month, has now attempted Daler Mehndi's popular Punjabi track Tunak Tunak Tun. Needless to say, the video is being widely circulated across social media platforms.

Göregen had gone viral earlier this year for the popular "vibing cat" meme in which the visually impaired musician played darbuka on a bench as an animated cat nodded its head in sync with the beats. Göregen performed a rendition of Ievan Polkka, a very popular Finnish song from the 1930s while sitting on a park bench. Though the video was uploaded in June last year, the meme went viral this year.

The Turkish musician's latest performance shows him sitting in a park with his darbuka again. The 4-minute-and-20-second rendition posted YouTube has garnered more than 17 lakh views and over 3 lakh likes. Watch the video here:

The video even caught the attention of singer Daler Mehndi who said, "Thank you for showering so much love. More power to you."

One user said, "I love how he doesn't get the punjabi words right but still nails the accent." Another wrote, "Talent : 100%. Lyrics : 20%. Confidence : 1000%. Respect."

A third user commented, "Lyrics were all wrong in whole song, but the moment he started with re naaa... Tears went through my eyes.. lots of love to you brother." Yet another added, "I am trying to decode his version of lyrics , must be legendary."
