Dewaxed Blonde Shellac Flakes 100gr
Shellac is a resin secreted by the female lac bug, on trees in the forests of India. It is processed to dry flakes and dissolved in ethanol to make liquid shellac, which is used as a brush-on wood finish. Our Blonde Shellac is highly refined and is the best quality on the market.
Shellac should always be diluted with denatured alcohol 95% ethanol (190 proof)
Light dilution: 12gr shelac to 80gr (100ml) alcohol
Average dilution: 24gr shelac to 80gr (100ml) alcohol
Heavy dilution: 36gr shelac to 80gr (100ml) alcohol
