This Minecraft data pack allows you to automatically harvest and replant a fully grown crop!
Simply walk over your crops - with any hoe in your hand, and you will automatically harvest fully grown crops, and replant them.
If you do not have any of that seeds or crops in your hand - nothing will be planted, so make sure you have some in your inventory.

Version 1.0

* Supports all vanilla crops (carrot, potato, wheat, beets, nether warts)
* Supports any vanilla hoe
* You do not have to click any buttons to harvest - just walk over the crops with a hoe in your main hand
* Supports walking, running or sneaking over the crops to automatically harvest and replant
* Tested on stable versions 1.16 to 1.19
* Developed for and used in my Realms world
* If you run - your Minecraft player may have problems picking the harvested items up (as with normal harvesting)
* If you do not have the correct item in your inventory - none will be planted
