The Lower Back Classes That Will Change Your Life

After the successful three editions of Feel Relieved and Fit classes, I would like to announce the new dates for the upcoming edition in 2023. To come across more international audiences the newest classes will happen online.

The entire program of four classes is suitable for everyone who suffers from lower back problems and is keen to build a strong and flexible body. A range of health classes is suitable for varying levels of ability and age.

I prepared a 4 class programme divided into 1-hour-long sessions.

The schedule for the Lower Back

Classes 1 Saturday 7 October at 9.30 am (CEST)

Classes 2 Saturday 14 October at 9.30 am (CEST)

Going deeper into the anatomy and the active stretching training

Classes 3 Saturday 28 October at 9.30 am (CEST)

Reasons for the lower back pain and strengthening exercises for a healthy lower back

Classes 4 Saturday 4 November at 9.30 am (CEST)

Mobilisation, stretching and strengthening exercises

The classes will be delivered online via the streaming service Butter. All attendees will receive the unique link the day before the event.

There is a limit of 10 places to book for each class. Please make sure you have with you:

Every attendee will have access to home exercise videos that will help to stay in good form for the entire Lower Back programme. I strongly recommend taking part in the full four classes programme to maximise the expected results.
