WORKTOP MATERIAL TO BE USED IN POINTS WITH CHEMICAL AND ACID USE
The material to be used in working floor of counter is 20 mm-thick flat TRESPA TOPLAB PLUS PANELS produced under high-pressure and based on thermosetting stitch. These panels are strengthened homogenously with cellulose fibers.  It is not affected by the specifications given by water, acid, base and solvents and not exposed to corrosion or rusting…etc by being influenced from the environment. When disinfection is needed, when alcohol, aldehyde phenol, quarterner ammonium combinations, 70% ethyl alcohol, formaldehyde, (1% and %5), p-ccloro-m creso (0.3%) tasy clorida Na (1%) and alkyl methyl- benzyl ammonium chloride Na (0.1%) are used, there is no damage or colour change on the surface. The upper surface of counter is not tarnished in a solution with silver nitrate 1% and iron 3 chloride 10%. It is resistant to 98% 0f sulphuric acid and 37% hydraulic acid and its surface is not affected. Its scratch resistance level is equal or 4 N more with respect to EN 438 N2: 12. In exposure of dry heat, level of colour change and cracking is high and results in no change.  Worktop may be easily cleaned and the areas that may host bacteria, especially joint areas are avoided. EPOXY joint filling is used in joint areas for one of 305 cm of Trespa.
