Synergy in Path of Sorcery does not check to see if the player has a flesh spell active. Instead, it permanently boosts your spells the moment while you have the perk. This simple plugin basically does this:
1. Instead of providing a flat boost, Synergy now gives the player an ability (you won't see that ability in-game). 2. While you have a flesh spell active, that ability applies a magic effect. 3. That magic effect applies a hidden perk that provides the appropriate boost.
Download, install with a mod manager of your choice, and load it after Path of Sorcery.
Note - not necessary while using Path to Ordinance, since I already included that fix there.
