What if Cell went to Namek before back to Earth?

But before going back to finish off the Z fighters.. He recalls some of Frieza's memories of Namek and the Dragonballs, and so he teleports to Namek to test his new Instant transmission ability and thanks to Frieza's memories he know where all the Dragonballs are being kept by every elder and so he warps to each one beating down each elder to collect each dragonball all within 2 minutes Earth time.. And so with all 7 balls comes one more obstacle.. Speaking the password, but Cell has already beaten it out of Moori and on top of that... Knows how to speak Namek thanks to Piccolo!

Cell would use his wish for immortality and then go back to Earth to continue the fight.

There is no indicator that Cell got the ability to speak Namekian from Piccolo.

Piccolo's memories though says otherwise, Cell has memories from every fighter that is part of him and Piccolo is one of them.

Also, he has to be able to lock onto their ki signature. How the heck is Cell going to know where to find them or to lock onto their ki signature?

He would wish for the removal of all things in the universe he deems imperfect.

^ I actually thought about Cell wishing Goku back to life too.
But I think had lost all respect for Goku when he gave up and made Gohan fight. Also, at that point everyone knew Goku was no match for Cell. Especially not SPC.

Assuming events play out slightly differently when Cell returns and Trunks doesn't get immediately killed, Vegeta doesn't lose his shit and Gohan doesn't get his arm blasted, it would be immortal SPC vs a full power SSJ2 Gohan. Maybe he kills Vegeta instead and Trunks has Vietnam-style flashbacks of everyone dying in the future, so he doesn't stupidly charge Cell like Vegeta did because he's too shocked or whatever.

I think this would still go very poorly for Cell. Being immortal, he can never be close to death so he can't get any more Zenkai boosts. Gohan is probably a bit angry about Vegeta and very angry about Goku, so he likely relentlessly beats the shit out of Cell for like an hour, which is cathartic for him. Even though Cell can't be killed, he can still get tired, and so Gohan's power advantage would remain as they both fatigue.

I would say eventually Piccolo comes up with a plan to seal Cell away with the Mafuba (he would know it thanks to Kami), and Gohan just forcibly holds him in place for it. So Cell's fate would actually be more humiliating than canon. Piccolo probably wouldn't die, but if he did, then I guess poor Gohan would have no Dads left, at least until Piccolo can be wished back with Porunga. That might be a while thanks to Cell, so he probably uses the time to train with Goku. Maybe Piccolo would be a badass in the Buu Arc in this timeline thanks to his Otherworld training.
