Slender: The Eight Pages, originally known as 'Slender', is a free-to-play first person survival horror game. The game is based on the fakeloric figure known as the Slenderman. The tales of the Slenderman were born from an internet meme back in 2009. This being is depicted as an abnormally tall and thin man with a pale white face. Stories of the Slender Man usually involve the abduction or traumatizing of young children.



The aim of the game is to explore this area in the middle of the night and find all eight pages with strange drawings and writing on them relating to the story of Slenderman. The player is only equipped with a flashlight but the battery life is limited. This game creates quite a tense atmosphere in which you will always feel like you're being watched. The Slenderman is always following you and if he begins to draw closer your screen will begin to turn fuzzy.

Doesn't even come close to the fun or tension that comes with Slender, especially the sequel!

Really? I was actually able to watch through both of the SGB's Slender LPs, but not when it came to Freddy's.
That may be more me afraid if a heart attack or something though.

Have to play it to really understand.
