After playing Hidden & Dangerous, you'll be prepared for the greater challenge of Devil's Bridge. As the name suggests, there are countless bridges to be found in this game, ranging from small footbridges to massive sky-high train bridges. Many of the fiercest battles in WWII took place around bridges, and Illusion Softworks has incorporated that aspect of the war into the expansion pack.
Devil's Bridge has three new campaigns with a total of nine new missions. The expansion features a completely new set of commandos, new vehicles, and several new weapons. Missions are modeled after events that happened near the end of WWII and a few years afterward. The basic gameplay and control system is identical to that of Hidden & Dangerous. This time, however, the commandos' icons appear in black-and-white throughout the interface, giving a more classical feel to the game. In general, anyone who has played Hidden & Dangerous will find everything in Devil's Bridge familiar.
