Deputations and Submissions
Deputations and submissions are a form of community participation in the decision making process of Council, providing individuals with the opportunity to present their opinions to a Council or Committee Meeting either in person or via electronic means.
Deputation
Is an oral presentation to a meeting of Council or a Section 41 Committee of Council.
Submission
Is the making of a representation in relation to a written submission to a meeting of Council or a Section 41 Committee of Council.
