Aliénor Estrade is an associate in the Paris office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Department. She primarily advises clients on EU and French competition and regulatory law.
Ms. Estrade represents international companies before the European Commission (EC) and the French Competition Authority in merger control proceedings, and coordinates multijurisdictional regulatory filing processes for global transactions, including Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and the new EU Regulation on Foreign Subsidies (FSR). She also advises clients in abuse of dominance and cartel investigations, state aid, as well as civil antitrust damages litigation.
Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Estrade worked at another international law firm for three years.
