Vixta Launches Soaring Pine Capital Portal

Vixta Solutions is very excited to have launched our newest Platform the “Soaring Pine Capital Portal”, effective March 31, 2016.   The Investor Portal transforms the way the Fund Administrator manages its investments as well as giving the individual investors a whole new level of transparency of their real estate and private equity ownership holdings.  The Portal will allow both the Fund Management and Investors to track distributions and contributions on all of their investments in Lone Pine Investments II (LPI II) and Soaring Pine Capital (SPC) entities.   We believe that this platform will be on the cutting-edge of what is available in today’s private funds marketplace.    Most family offices and private investment funds struggle with how to disseminate real-time information to their investors on a timely basis; this usually leads to inefficiencies or gaps in communications.

The Investor Portal will be mobile web ready, meaning that it is accessible from any smart phone or tablet.   Additionally, the platform is registered as an SEC transfer agent allowing individuals to track fund ownership, equity invested, distributions, and contributions.

Moving forward, this platform will be used as an encrypted portal to providing access to fund documents and to distribute your K-1s, capital call notices and distribution notices. SPC will also begin using this platform to facilitate financial transfers of capital call and capital distribution dollars.
