When it is to extract one ton palm oil, it has 6 tons of old leaves , 1 ton of trunk, 5 tons of empty fruit bunch , 1 ton of peel fiber, 0.5 tons of palm kernel shell,0.25 tons of pomace and 3 tons of palm oil mill effluent.

▶ Environment Friendly: material contains no sulfur and phosphorus, thus no sulfur dioxide and phosphorus pentoxide created when burning; and it is totally zero air & environment pollution.
▶ Low moisture and ash content: The moisture content is less than 8.4%, while ash content is less than 3%. The combustion is sufficient, more suitable for large boiler.
▶pellet is easy to be transported and stored.

7yHi Rita, it is an interesting business model, using EFB, POME for either biomass or biogas power plant to generate electricity. We have MOU with the local state-owned electric company to build Biomass/biogas power plant in West and East Kalimantan. May I know if your corporation are EPC supplier as well as able to source project financing for such renewable energy. Pelletising is one way to reduce logistics cost, but the investment of pelletising project is also an unknown factor, how can palm oil operator able to make a reasonable return on such investment. Would be delighted if you could share some insight on this aspect of the model....cheers.
