Hi!

Have you fallen off the wagon lately with your health and fitness? 😔

THEN READ THIS!

One of the best tools we can use to get ourselves back on track and into good habits and routines is to use a habit tracker daily ✅ 

What is a habit tracker?

In terms of where you note down/track your habits, that is entirely up to you. I use a whiteboard but a pen and paper, a journal or an app on your phone all do the same job!

What to do is pick 5-10 things you could do each day that will help you move forward with your health, fitness and mindset. Maybe start on the lower side to begin with so you don’t become overwhelmed.

Write these things down/track in an app and tick them off each day if you have done them. Aim to tick off at least 80% of them across the week and I guarantee you will be making progress and feeling great 📈🚀

For me, I do the following:

Journal 📔 

10 minute Stretch 🙆

10 minute Mindfulness 🧘 

10,000 daily steps 🚶 ♂️ 

Post valuable content on social media 

15 minutes of learning something new 📚 

Bed by 21.30 😴 

Now, I don’t manage every single thing, every single day but I certainly try! Having the habit tracker gives you that extra bit of accountability and really helps!

I know if I’m ticking off 80% of the above across the week then I’m in a good place!
