Deprem yası devam ederken ve hayat durmuşken, dün sessiz sedasız bir yönetmelik değişikliğiyle ormanlık alanlar güneş enerjisi projelerine açıldı. Verimsiz orman alanı dediğiniz yer, yani orman içi açıklıklar yaban hayatı için önemli, endemizmin en güçlü olduğu yerlerdir. Bu yönetmeliğin iptali için açılacak davada nasıl, nerede ve ne pahasına #yenilenebilirenerji tartışmasını da yürütmek gerek. Yutak alanları tek tek yok edip, biyoçeşitliliği katleden, doğa katliamına sessiz kalan, hak değil yatırımcı odaklı bir enerji dönüşümünün geleceği nokta budur. Bu nedenle iklim değişikliği mücadelesini hak temelli ve bütüncül yürütmemiz lazım. #Afet sadece deprem demek değil. İklim değişikliğine bağlı afet riskini azaltmak böyle iklim politikaları ve yönetmeliklerle mümkün değil. İptal davası açmak için sürenin 60 gün olduğunu da not olarak düşelim.
