My favorite way to lean out QUICK

This hack is my go to when I need to lean out within 4-8 weeks for a trip or photoshoot.

This method is called carb cycling. This is where you go back and forth between high carb days and low or no carb days.

I love this because it’s not terribly restrictive, and wont mess up your metabolism like some extreme diets. In fact it can actually improve your metabolism.

The reason carb cycling is effective is that your body utilizes carbohydrates for energy, and then stores whats left over. If you are storing more then you’re burning it can be stored as fat. So this is a great way to show your body it only needs to use carbs as energy, and burn stored fat, and not store more.

As you can see, your high carb days are best around your workouts. And low carb days are best for rest days or low intensity days.

Do this consistently for 4 weeks straight and you will notice a difference!
