My hair has been soft, shiny and thicker since I have used this shampoo. Just one step, no conditioner. There is a refreshing feeling, but it’s not that strong. I think it might be better if it were a bit stronger actually. The next day I didn’t notice any smell or anything from my scalp!

The scent is subtle yet pleasant. Does not leave any marks on my clothes. Feels great to put it on. This works well in me and it smells great & doesn’t stain. It's true that it's a tiny bit rough for a little while, but when my body adjusts, it's very nice!
