If you have bleached hair... you need this ASAP.

When I first went blonde - (i have SUPER dark brown almost black hair naturally) my biggest concern was that my hair would become SUPER brittle.

My hair colorist ( I ALWAYS go to Suite Caroline in Soho) recommended I try K18 to implement into my routine.

First of all, I had never heard of this.

and second, I had always assumed I would need to use something like Olaplex!

Well, my oh my. Was I wrong.

I also learned a thing or two- and can confidently say that after almost 1 and a half years of being platinum blonde- K18 will keep your hair not just happy, but HEALTHY, SHINY, and STUNNING !!!

I swear, my hair is healthier now than it was before I dyed it because of K18.

So, this is how you use it...

After washing your hair like you would normally, towel dry your hair so it is still damp (not sopping wet).

Pump a single pump of K18 into your hands, and rub them together until it turns white and a bit foamy.

Then, your golden- spread it through your hair, roots to tips, and if one pump is not enough, do another.

Et voila, let sit for at least 3 minutes before adding any other hair care products.

You are good to go!

I let my hair air dry, and it is perfect.

Unlike Olaplex, as you continue to use K18 consistently, it will continue to improve the molecular bonds in your hair even when not using it.

As opposed to Olaplex, which only works when it is IN your hair.

You can buy K18 from any Sephora in New York (I always go to Union Square location: 40 E 14th St, New York, NY )

K18 is $75 for the full size & $29 for the mini.

(FYI it will last a LONG time, so that price tag does not hurt as much)
