Katie Holmes Wore a Controversial Version of Spring’s Hottest Shoe, and You Can Get the Look on Amazon

Over the past few months, Katie Holmes has been flexing her fashion muscle with her footwear choices. She’s been spotted wearing chic Franco Sarto espadrille wedges, practical Birkenstock slides, and even polarizing fisherman sandals. Most recently, she put her own spin on one of spring’s biggest trends: Mary Janes. Holmes stepped out in a pair of Vibi velvet Mary Jane flats with baggy jeans and an oversized sweater, and I found similar shoes on Amazon for $31. 

Of course, velvet is an unexpected fabric choice for warmer weather, but if Holmes is wearing it, then I’m on board, too. Like the star’s $150 pair, the Ollio flats on Amazon have a rounded toe, fabric trim along with edges, and a single strap across the top with a silver buckle. Plus, they come in nine additional colors if navy blue isn’t your thing.
