Katherine Heigl brought a sprinkle (okay, a whole spoonful) of glamour to the 75th Annual Emmy Awards.
The Grey's Anatomy star wore a gorgeous red strapless gown by Reem Acra that was ruched at the waist with a diamond pendant. She kept her accessories minimal, and opted for a diamond necklace and earrings. Of course, no red dress would be complete without the perfect red lip, which she had, with her blonde hair channeling Marilyn Monroe.
According to People, this is the first time the Firefly Lane actress has walked the Emmy's red carpet in 10 years! In 2014, Katherine attended with her husband, Josh Kelley.
Even though it's been a while, Katherine is no stranger to the award show. In 2007, she won for her role as Izzie Stevens on Grey's. Then, in 2008, she declined to have her work recognized. “I did not feel that I was given the material this season to warrant an Emmy nomination and in an effort to maintain the integrity of the academy organization, I withdrew my name from contention,” she said at the time. She later admitted she was "embarrassed" by her actions, and even apologized to creator Shonda Rimes.
According to TODAY, Katherine's former co-stars Ellen Pompeo, Justin Chambers, James Pickens Jr., and Chandra Wilson will all be in attendance, so we can expect a full-on Grey's reunion!
