You can use your Global Visa Debit Card at more than 55,000 surcharge-free Global and Allpoint ATMs worldwide. We never add surcharges for ATM transactions within our network of ATM’s. However, if you use an ATM that’s owned by another financial institution, they may charge a fee.
In addition, we don’t charge any point-of-sale transaction fees when you use your Visa Debit Card at a retail store.

When you open an Global checking account, you can pick up your Visa Debit Card at a branch right away. If you open your account online, you’ll receive your card in the mail in 10-12 days
Yes, you can make your PIN easier to remember by personalizing it at any Global ATM. Just insert your card and select New PIN from the onscreen menu.
You can also change your PIN through online banking. Click the Account Services tab and select Change Debit PIN.
If your Visa Debit Card is lost or stolen, call the Member Service Center 24/7 at 800-525-9094 immediately and for zero liability on fraudulent purchases.
EMV smart chip technology protects your account with chip-and-pin security. You can also use contactless payment for a faster, more secure checkout.
It’s also easy to turn your card off or on if it’s misplaced or stolen using the Global app.
Your Visa Debit Card is linked to your Global checking account, but you can also access your savings, money market, consumer loan, or credit line with the same card at an ATM.
If you want Global to authorize and pay overdrafts on your signature-based debit card transactions, please call the Member Service Center at 800-525-9094. You may also complete the form below and present it at a branch or mail it to Global Credit Union, P.O. Box 196613, Anchorage, AK 99519-9983.
