Oh my gosh, guys. It happened to me. I tried to squeeze into a size-4 dress in a fitting room at H&M over the weekend, and I got stuck! So, so embarrassing. I had two options: 1.) rip the thing off, or 2.) call for help. Here's what I did ...
There I was, suddenly stuck in this adorable little H&M size-4 number (P.S. H&M sizes are tiny--what was I thinking!?). I spent several minutes trying my hardest to get the thing off, and in the process, pulled a muscle in my neck. Ouch!

Finally, I swallowed my pride and called for the shop girl who didn't seem that annoyed. Apparently this happens all the time. I lifted my arms, and she inched the garment slowly over my head. I think she may have rolled her eyes at me, but I didn't really care. I was just happy to have the thing off!
