Sculptures by the protean artist who created Hourloupe and Coucou Bazar have reappeared, recalling his controversial unfinished work Salon d’été (Summer Salon).
Jean Dubuffet (1901-1985), five models for the Salon d’été (1974), Pitchfork (h. 50 cm/19.68 in), Wall (h. 39.50 cm/15.55 in), Trunk (h. 64.5/25.39 in), Trunk (h. 77 cm/30.31 in), Cloud (approximately 65 x 46 cm/25.59 x 18.11 in), polyurethane-painted resin (white, blue, black). Estimate: €6,000/8,000 to €15,000/18,000, sold with the right to reunite the group.

Jean Dubuffet 's visual signature is instantly recognizable in these five randomly shaped, black-outlined, blue-spotted white figures, each symbolizing an element of everyday life—two tree trunks, a cloud, a pitchfork and a wall, as their respective titles indicate. They make up an imaginary landscape that belongs to a larger whole: Salon d’été .
