The FILL-ABLE PDF FORMS in my store are plain ones - free of branding. If requested I can add your logo, contact information, digital signing capabilities for an extra fee.

These forms have shaded fill-in areas, but when you print only the text (the content) will appear.

Please make sure your print settings are set to print at 100% actual size and not Fit to Page. This is important.

Always do a test print before printing a batch files.

Addition to PDF fillable/printable forms I also design/program online fillable forms for websites. Visitors can fill and online form and the system will email you / customers the PDF versions and you get to keep the entries in a database. Usually the clients running online workshops, events, classes prefer them, and they usually request online payment integrations as well. I am basically digitizing businesses. As you can guess I have a thing for forms!
