Biscuit orders are all shipped with tracking information which you will find on your individual order. Standard delivery is Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Second Class, depending on the item value. You can upgrade your order to Tracked 24, First Class or Next Day Special Delivery.

If you would like to delay or express your order, please leave me a note in the seller box on order of the date you require the biscuits to be delivered and I will manually update the dispatch date.

All cards and prints are posted in a hardback envelope to protect from any damage in transit. Cards and prints are usually dispatched the next working day.

Unfortunately, I cannot take any responsibility for Royal Mail postage delays.

I can accept returns if item is not used or damaged and is returned in a resalable condition. You will receive a full refund on return of item. Buyer must pay return postage costs.
