- Hi guys, it's time to get ready for bed with me. All right guys, so I'm fresh out the shower, I just conditioned and washed my hair with a couple of my favorite products so I'm gonna walk you through those. So first I washed my hair, just at the roots, do that thing, rinse it. And while I'm like washing my body, doing what ever else I need to do, I put this in and let that chill for like three minutes. And then we use the Masque Extentioniste, it's all from the same product line. I leave it on sometimes if I'm out of the shower and I want a little bit of extra time, I'll just let it chill. But if I'm in the shower for five minutes, whatever, then I just like, take it out. So we'll come back to a little bit more hair stuff later, but I wanted to walk you through my skincare routine. So depending on how I'm feeling, like if I've been flying a lot, or if I just want kind of a clean feeling face, I'll use either one of these guys by Dr. Barabara Sturm. I love the facial scrub, it's a little bit exfoliating but it still keeps you moisturized feeling, which is really nice. But if I'm like "well my skins pretty good, "I just wanna feel clean," I use this one, and it just takes off everything and it makes your skin feel like brand new, baby soft. So this facial scrub is maybe my favorite, I love in exfoliating facial scrub, like I travel so much, I have a lot of dead skin that needs to come off and I just feel like it's the best way to really feel clean, is to have a little bit of texture. What makes this special is it doesn't dry your skin out. Okay, so no matter what the situation I always like to use a little bit of retinol cream, I think it's super super important; it's the only thing that's really been proven to help with anti-aging. I've tried a lot of different retinols, I think Jonanna Vargas' Super Nova Serum is absolutely the best. It smells really good, it's not too heavy. You do need to be super careful about this and not use too much, so, I alternate, sometimes I use it every night but it's always just a tiny little bit. Or, there's another thing you can do which is mix it with a moisturizing oil; I love this Sisley Black Rose Oil. So it just adds a little bit of moisturizer in and this one is really good too also for flying, this oil. It smells really good, it comes on really thick and like it absorbs really easily which is super important with an oil 'cause you don't want look crazy. I got my mom super obsessed with this now too, it's amazing. I love it on the neck, it's really good especially at night. And it smells so good which is really nice! So another little thing that I love to do before bed is use this Serum Extentioniste. This I really think helps with hair growth, the other stuff strengthens your hair for sure, I'm sure it's making my hair grow, but this actually starts at the root which is really cool. And I've never been one for like taking pills or anything like that for hair, so this is sort of my secret. Okay so what I'm gonna do here is drop it on my part, and then once you've done that, you can see it's in my hair, I just literally rub it it. And it smells good, it's not like you're gonna get in bed and feel crazy. It's gotten to the point, like my friends are like "what, like you started using something different "because your hair looks so much fuller," and I really do feel like I just have more hair than I used to and I don't know, I mean the only difference in my routine has been Extentioniste, so I really do think it's pretty amazing. Okay so this is the last thing that I do with my hair, it's a new addition to my routine. It's the Nutritive 8 Hour Magic Night Serum, this is just a super super amazing product that helps build and strengthen your hair, so it's sort of on top of everything else we were talking about, this is the other thing that I really swear by. I just started using it, but I love the way it smells and it's just like, I think it's really making a difference, especially in my ends because I have fine hair. Okay so I just do one pump, like that, and then I spread it, move it around and then I just kinda go like that which, you know, it doesn't weigh down your hair too much. I just don't like to put too much in, but again that's why it's a night serum so you can wash it out tomorrow if it does feel a little bit present, but I just like, like that. Okay so this is something I do in the morning and at night, it's just like a little add-on, makes me feel fresh and good. I actually don't know how to pronounce this product, which is embarrassing because I'm obsessed with it and they also have really good moisturizer and a bunch of other things. It's amazing, I do a little. Mmm, smells so good! I always put this on my husband too and he's like "what are you doing?" But he loves it. So that's it, thanks for watching my routine.
