Packaging was all smashed, wrapped in black plastic that was sporadically wrapped in duct tape, not suited for collecting. Had to buy packaging to return items. I only had 10 days for item to be returned or no refund. Items were sent from California but had to send to New Jersey for refund? Item description said new and offered no additional information about the packaging being damaged or the type of packaging that would be used.

The seller claims product might have minor damage to it when it arrived. I wish I had read the review below mine that mentioned the same thing. The seller made no effort to package the product correctly, and everything came in completely crushed. I had to ask for a refund several times and the seller kept sending partial refund offers. I said no several times I wanted a full refund. eBay ended up having to step in to get my money back.If this seller says minor damage it won’t be minor. Don’t buy

Don’t buy, it didn’t come in the box, her finger was alittle warped and she looks badly painted. I think it’s a bootleg figure because it doesn’t look like the pictures they showed.
Especially since she didn’t come in a box which is very sketchy and is missing patterns on her hair
