The multimeter arrived within a few days and seems to be exactly as described. It comes with a 9V battery pre-installed and protective case that has to be removed to replace the battery. It does everything I want of it (DC Volts, AC Volts, Resistance) and more functions I do not need. The pricing was reasonable so I am perfectly satisfied with this purchase.
