Excellent Service all around. Timely delivery. I was having difficulty setting up the microphone to the point it wasn't responding or giving sound. I contacted the Seller and they were very responsive and quick to resolve the issue. Do not be too quick to do away if the microphone is not working, as it takes awhile before the computer picks up on it. It took me 2 days. It is compatible with Apple and Windows. You will have to go in and adjust your sound settings. It works excellent.
