Haven’t received product nor did I receive any shipment information, it’s been 13 days since I ordered this item. Not only that, I had 4 orders and almost all were the wrong size, I called, rep confirmed they received all my returns and that there was no problem in terms of them issuing a refund; however, after being reassured a total of 3 times I would have the refunds issued today, it has NOT happened. I called and a rep said, “are you the one that called 2/3 times today.” Disrespectful!

I got refunded for the order that didn’t ship out with eBay’s help. The other 4 orders mentioned in this feedback were refunded by the seller shortly after leaving feedback.
