Sting brings 2023 'My Songs' tour to Acrisure Arena in October

Tour will include mix of Sting's solo hits and songs from The Police.

The singer of "Desert Rose" is coming to the desert.

Sting will be stopping at Acrisure Arena on Thursday, Oct. 5 as part of his 'My Songs' World Tour, the arena announced Monday.

The concert is billed as "an exuberant and dynamic show" featuring Sting's "most beloved songs" from both his solo career and time with the Police. The release adds that fans can expect to hear hits like "Fields of Gold," "Shape of my Heart," "Roxanne," and "Message in a Bottle." The tour has already visited several places around the world, including the United Arab Emirates, South Africa and Australia.

The Coachella Valley date is one of 22 stops on Sting's North American Tour. Other California dates include Oct. 2 in Concord, Oct. 4 in San Diego and Oct. 7 at Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.

How to get tickets

Members of Sting's Fan Club will be able to purchase tickets via a presale at sting.com on Tuesday, but does not mention what time. Additional presales are planned this week. To get the presale code, sign up for the Acrisure Arena newsletter at acrisurearena.com/subscribe/.

Tickets then go on sale without the need for a presale code on Friday, May 12 at 10 a.m. at Ticketmaster.com.
