The sighting comes almost three months before the Dawson's Creek vet will celebrate her 40th birthday.
Katie is mom to Suri with her ex-husband, Tom Cruise, who she was married to from 2006 to 2012.
The former Dawson's Creek actress is now dating Jamie Foxx.
