'The girlfriend effect is a real thing. If you don't know what I'm talking about, the girlfriend effect is basically when a guy gets a girlfriend and the girlfriend makes him just glow-up so hard and makes him look 100 times better,' she said.

Tina said she her boyfriend was a 'prime example.' 

The 21-year-old then showed multiple photos of her beau before they entered a relationship. 

In the photos, her boyfriend sported T-shirts, athletic shorts and short hair. 

She added: 'It wasn't that bad, but I knew he had more potential, I saw it through.' 

'Ready to see him after we started dating and I gave him a little styling advice,' she said before showing off snaps of her boyfriend. 

Now, Dennis dons slightly longer hair, and trendy clothes,  including cargo pants, linen button downs and always carries a fanny pack around.
