It's a really good time to be a fan of reality TV right now. As well as the first ever series of Love Island All Stars, The Traitors is back for season two, and Netflix just dropped their own version of a show based on truth and lies. Aka, The Trust: Game of Greed. But where is the show filmed?

The Trust: Game of Greed follows a group of 11 participants, who move into a house together for the duration of the game. Each of will them receive a share of $250k, providing they are still in the game at the end.

But, each night, the contestants are given the chance to secretly vote each other out of the trust - and the person with the most votes is eliminated from the game, meaning the contestants left receive a larger share of the prize money. Will they betray each other with their secret votes, or will they stay true to their word and play like a team?

But where is The Trust: A Game of Greed filmed?

The luxurious villa that the contestants move into is set against the clifftops in the Dominican Republic in the Caribbean. Specifically, the island of Hispaniola in the Greater Antilles archipelago, which yes, is completely beautiful.

According to Ready Steady Cut, if the actual villa looks familiar to you, it's because it likely is. It's been used for other reality TV shows over the years, like Are You The One? which came out in 2014 and The Bachelorette.

The show was filmed about a year ago in early 2023, with host Brooke Baldwin taking to Instagram the following March to reveal that filming had wrapped.
