Since February, police said, McGrough targeted three different women as they walked out of Walmart.

In each robbery, he allegedly pulled up to the victim in a black Pontiac Grand Am with no license plate, leaned out the driver's side window and snatched a woman's purse, according to police.

In two of the cases, police say the victim was dragged to the ground and suffered minor injuries.

These were the targeted Walmart stores:

  • Walmart at 13484 Northwest Freeway on Feb. 2
  • Walmart at 10750 Westview on Feb. 21
  • Walmart at 10750 Westview on March 1
