Write 18th-century style, using a quill pen and ink, at Washington’s Headquarters State Historic Site, 84 Liberty St., Newburgh, during Thanksgiving weekend. The take-home craft session will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 29, and Saturday, Nov. 30. It's open to all ages and free with museum admission, which includes a self-guided exploration of the museum’s more than 1,300 artifacts, and guided tours of Washington’s Headquarters and the newly restored Tower of Victory.
