Turned 65 last month and as a Birthday present, unfortunately I began feeling stress within my abdomen and noticed a difference in urination. "Happy Birthday" to me. Waited a few days to allow for the conditions to recede on their own and that simply did not occur. After researching my symptoms, I found a number of folks having success with the ingredients contained within "Prostate PQ". I also embraced the fact that this product contained Quercetin. Did a bit more research and liked what I found regarding Quercetin.
I confidently bit the bullet and ordered "Prostate PQ". I have been taking this item, now for 1 week and I have experienced a noticeable difference. The stress within the abdomen has lessened and urinating has nearly returned to normal.
I believe that improvement will continue. I am not a fan of prescription drugs, I do not have confidence in "Big Pharma", so finding "Prostate PQ" and it having a positive affect was a real gift for my 65th Birthday.

This bottle of Prostate PQ supplement from Theralogix contains 180 capsules, and each serving is 1 tablet, twice a day, with food. So, you get 90 servings. The tablets are coated well, and I have had no issue swallowing, nor have I noticed anything odd such as stomach upset. Each 1 tablet serving contains:- 500mg – Graminex G63 Flower Pollen Extract- 250mg – Quercetin (as Quercetin Dihydrate)Looking at the current price for this bottle, which is over $100, the price is something to keep in mind, considering this is for a 90 day supply. Graminex G63 tablets are available direct from the manufacturer of Graminex, and the cost is less per day at the 500mg dose. One could also purchase a Quercetin supplement separately. I like this Prostate PQ product, however after it is finished, I’ll probably return to the Graminex G63 tablets direct from the Graminex manufacturer. I already take Quercetin as a powder I mix in my morning shake/smoothie, anyway.Prostate PQ is NSF certified, and I’ve not had any issues with any Therlogix products, so the brand does seem to be consistent in presenting quality.
