Denizhan Budak is a senior associate in our Capital Markets Department holding a significant practice with a specific focus on IPO transactions, REIC conversions, lease certificates, bond issuances, and investments of venture capital investment funds.

Denizhan Budak is specialized in equity and debt capital market offerings and capital markets regulatory compliance. He represents local and international clients in IPOs, SPOs and leads due diligence, regulatory compliance, legal opinions as part of the public offering processes. He has worked on numerous IPOs of companies in various sectors including retail, TMT, real estate, and energy.  He also provides regular consultancy to publicly held companies operating in the fields of real estate, IT and technology, energy, and tourism.
