PROBLEM 01 – 0004: The liquid-level control system maintains the required level

of the liquid in the container. The automatic controller

compares the actual level with the desired level and corrects

the differences by adjusting the opening of the pneumatic

valve. A schematic diagram of the control system is shown

below. Draw the corresponding block diagram of this system.

Solution: The input of the system is the desired level of the liquid, the

output--the actual level. The controller compares both levels. Thus we get

the following block diagram of the system.
