Gold and red cardboard box (SMD0010.0327a) made by Caulk Company, L.D. with white writing on the box. Inside is a clear glass bottle (SMD0010.0327b) to hold caulk alloy. The bottle has a red and gold metallic paper band around its middle, a typed paper note (SMD0010.0327c) wrapped around the neck, and a shiny gold lid. From the papers: 5 oz. filings. 20th Century Regular Alloy is made by an exclusive Caulk process which produces an alloy of scientifically graded particles, each of which has a heterogeneous composition - i.e., each particle has a surface coating of higher silver than the core.
