Good Fellowship Ambulance $60K Grant Will Buy Vehicle, Equipment
West Chester's Good Fellowship Ambulance Co. use $60,000 in state grant funds to purchase new vehicle and a heart monitor.
WEST CHESTER, PA — Good Fellowship Ambulance Company in West Chester has received a state grant to help pay for new equipment and a vehicle.
State Rep. Dianne Herrin (D-156th) on Monday announced the $60,000 in state grant funding for Good Fellowship Ambulance. Good Fellowship Ambulance used the funding to offset the costs of a new emergency service responder vehicle and a cardiac monitor for assessing heart activity and treating patients.
"The first responders and emergency services personnel at Good Fellowship Ambulance proudly serve the Greater West Chester Area in times of need, and they always rise to the occasion, despite a reimbursement environment that continues to challenge their operations," Herrin said.

Herrin said that she will continue to prioritize the community’s first responders through legislative action and funding support.
