Papa Francesco Ale. Two sets of supporters joined together in Paris this evening, marching to the game together, sharing displays inside the Parc des Princes and then in some questionable social distancing breaches were united in song, singing and dancing together to Papa Francesco – the song that just makes you think of Olivier Ntcham in Rome one glorious evening last November.

“Great set of fans who are brand new,” was the Celtic verdict on the PSG supporters from Paul Byars.

And you know that fans are beginning to enjoy being back at the game when you can show a photograph of @paulthetim at an away European game.

The Celtic support’s friendship with the Parisian giants goes back to the games in the mid 1990s when Tommy Burns was the Celtic manager.

“The tifoserie of PSG and Celtic have regularly fraternized for 25 years, it continues again tonight,” a PSG supporter explained.
