A beautiful compact variety producing plentiful flowers of mauve blue with a pink base 12-15cm in diameter. The plant is quite vigorous and will grow 1.8-2.4m in size. General Sikorski can be grown with climbing roses or through medium sized trees or shrubs. It benefits from pruning once the flowers have finished to keep it growing strongly. Originally named Jadwiga TGeresa by the breeder Brother Stephan Franczak (Poland) in 1965.
