SEATTLE, WA / ACCESSWIRE / March 21, 2022 / Small business management platform vcita has launched Reports, a new module that allows SMB owners to access advanced data analytics insights into numerous aspects of their business.

The new Reports feature was developed in partnership with Looker, Google Cloud's business intelligence platform, to provide small business owners with powerful data analytics that shine a light on every aspect of their company's performance.

vcita Reports means that small business owners can draw on a range of analytics insights and multiple interactive dashboard visualizations without the need to source, set up or manage their own data science capabilities. Up until now, small teams, solopreneurs and freelancers, wouldn't have considered investing in a robust business intelligence platform, unless they were a highly data-oriented business or had grown large enough to support an internal data science team.

The new Reports includes several different sections, divided into five main categories: Payments, Bookings, Clients, Marketing and Staff. Users can break them down to segment the data even more closely, analyzing them by duration, member of staff, payment method, or other filter field.

The vcita team is developing a growing library of Reports and filters and aims to soon provide businesses with the ability to create custom dashboards as well. These capabilities also add considerably to vcita's value proposition as a platform for partners to resell, as it allows agencies, consultants and enterprises to offer rich business performance data dashboards to their small business customers with just a few clicks.

"For microbusinesses, business intelligence insights was a complete non-starter. They simply don't have the resources to manage a complex analytics operation," said Itzik Levy, CEO of vcita. "That's why we're so excited, as a small business management platform, to open up Google's Looker BI suite to small business owners. Our goal is to connect every business coach, beauty practitioner, legal advisor, therapist, landscaper, web designer, dog walker, and every other kind of service provider with the tools to make data-driven business decisions."

The feature doesn't require any particular technical or business analysis expertise. Reports is already integrated with all the processes that run on the vcita business management platform - payments, scheduling, marketing campaigns, client communications, and more - so there is no need to connect databases or processes.

Insights simply come to the users, who access reports through the main dashboard. Colorful data visualizations make it easy for business owners to grasp trends, patterns, and changes at a glance.

The Reports feature enables small businesses to generate custom reports that analyze the performance of many different aspects of their business. For example, users can track payments to see which payment method is the most popular; analyze revenue streams for the most valuable services and bundles; examine client interactions to spot the most loyal clients; and measure conversion rates from different marketing campaigns.

Small business owners have long been in need of a way to measure their success, understand their customers' preferences, and assess different sales and marketing tactics. Reports responds to that need.

"With the help of Reports, each business can be optimized for growth, regardless of the size of their workforce," said Levy. "We wanted to help level the playing field between small businesses and large corporations, giving small business owners a simple way to spot opportunities, optimize business practices, and make data-driven decisions with confidence."

The new Reports feature is the latest in a string of new features, updates, and partnerships from vcita. Last month, the company introduced its Payments package for small businesses into a holistic, integrated suite of payments solutions. Since the beginning of the pandemic, vcita has launched the "Business Unusual" portal together with MasterCard, and the Packages feature, to make it easier for small businesses to offer bundled, discounted services.

The company has also forged new partnerships with other small business platforms and business bureaus worldwide, as part of a mission to strengthen local business ecosystems.
